Togolese captain Emmanuel Adebayor has signed for Turkish club Istanbul Besaksehir. The former Real Madrid and Arsenal man has been without a club for six months.

Reports in Turkey suggests that the former Crystal palace man has signed an 18 month long contract.

The 32-year-old managed just one goal for Palace last season after spending six months at selhurst park.

The Togo striker featured for his country at the African Cup of Nations, but failed to qualify for the knockout stages finishing bottom of Group C.
