Comoros national team coach Amir Abdou has named the 23-man squad for the coming friendlies against Togo and Gabon away in Stade Olypique El Menzah Stadium in Tunis,Tunisia.

The Coelacanthes are scheduled to play two friendlies: against Togo on 11 November and Gabon on 15 November.

Comoros Football Federation has confirmed that most of  foreign-based players who have been invited will link up with the team directly in Tunis.

Abdou has called up only two local based players including Fomboni Club midfielder Faideni Ali and Aldhur Athoumabi from Volcan Club.

Veteran midfielder Youssouf M’changama who played a key role in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers mach against Uganda, maintained his place alongside long serving captain Nadjim Abdou.

However, conspicuously missing in the squad is Nimes new sensation Nasser Chamed, and St Denis of Reunion forward Yacine Saandi .
