Uganda Cranes goal stopper Abel Dhaira is on verge of penning a deal to rejoin his former club IBV Vestmannaeyjar that plays in Iceland Premier League, Soka25east.com can reveal can reveal. The 26 year old stopper jetted out of the country in the wee hours of Monday to Iceland to finalize the deal and reports coming in are that he is currently training with the three time Icelandic Champions winners as talks goes on. The tall slim stopper left the club last year in December for Tanzanian Vodacom premier league giants Simba. ‘’He finalized talks with the club last week before jetting out in the wee hours ofMonday. We expect him to pen a long term deal any time from now,’’ a close friend told Soka25east.com.   Dhaira joined Simba from IBV on a two year contract after the expiration of his one year  earn after play contract but later last year after the end of the Tanzanian premier league, he was offloaded by the club although he had a one year running contract. The former Express FC, URA and AS Vitam shot stopper is reported to have bagged USD 40,000 (Ush 108M) for his move to Simba who shown him exit on grounds that he was giving away matches on a regular basis. Dhaira featured for IBV in the 2012/12 season and by then he was being paid per game he plays but this time it’s reported that it will be the opposite. Dhaira, who is a son to former Cranes goalie Bright Dhaira started his career at Express FC in 2006 before moving to URA in 2008.In 2010, Dhaira signed for Congolese side AS Vita, before moving to IBV of Iceland and a year later, he  Simba SC late 2012 in December and right now he is verge of making a second stint at IBV Vestmannaeyja.
