Ghana’s Black Princesses Head Coach Yusif Basigi has named 21 players for the upcoming FIFA U-20 Women’s football championship.

Star forward Priscilla Adubea, who was the team’s top-scorer with 10 goals in the qualifiers could not make the cut due to injury.

The list of 21 players is made up of 3 goalkeeper, 8 defenders, 5 midfielders and 5 strikers.

The Black Princesses are making their fifth consecutive appearance at the biggest football showpiece event.

The competition will run from August 5 to 24, 2018.

Ghana have been housed in Group A with France, Netherlands and New Zealand.

They will open their account against France on August 5 at the Stade de la Rabine Vannes before taking on Netherlands and New Zealand respectively.
