FKF PL :Agro Chemicals bitten by Kariobangi Sharks as league gets hot

Visiting Kariobangi Sharks stunned Agro Chemicals with a 0-1 away win at the Moi stadium, Kisumu.on form former Got Mahia striker Ibrahim Kitawi scored the all important goal in the 20th minute of the game.

The win sends Sharks to the top of the FKF Premier league jointly with Rangers and Homeboyz but Sharks have an inferior goal difference.

The biggest upset however was at the Ruaraka Stadium where Nakumatt’s fine run was brought to an abrupt end when they fell to Ligi Ndogo.

Brian Yator and Evans Chief Njuguna scored the goals in the 23rd and 54th minutes respectively.

In other matches played on Saturday 30th May, Hosts West Kenya Sugar beat visiting BIDCO FC 1-0 at the Bukhungu Stadium. The lone goal was scored by Michael Garagi in the 40th minute.

At the ‘Old Trafford’ grounds in Naivasha, Oserian FC were forced to settle for a barren draw by visiting Nairobi Stima.

On Sunday 31st five more matches will be played.

 

FC Talanta will host St.Josephs in the second double header at the Safaricom Kasarani with the first between MOSCA against Zoo Kericho starting at 1pm.

Posta Rangers will welcome Shabana at the Ruaraka Stadium.
