Highlanders moved to the top of the Castle Lager Premiership after a 1-0 victory over CAPS United at the Barbourfields Stadium today July 17.

Bruce Kagwa socered the lone goal in the 65th minute after being set up by youngster Prince Dube as Highlanders race to the top of the table with 30 point at the halfway stage with a game in hand.

The goal made Bruce Kagwa to add his tally of goals to seven making him a strong candidate for golden boot this season

In other matches FC Platinum endged Bulawayo City 1-0 at Mandava Stadium with Brian Muzondiwa scoring while How Mine beat Boarder Strikers 2-0.Pascal Manhanga and Praise Tonha scored for the miners.

Power Dynamos drew 0-0 aganist ZPC Kariba marking a second consecutive draw for coach Lloyd Mutasa.
