New signings dominate list as Bandari Names traveling party

Coach Twahir Muhiddin has named the team that will do duty in this weekend Caf Confederation Cup out in Democratic Republic of Congo( DRC). The new acquisitions form the bulk of the team which is set to departure tomorrow.

New signings Felly Mulumba,Edwin Wafula,Meshack Karani, Benard Mangoli, Dan Serunkuma and Edwin Lavatsa have all been drafted in the 18-man squad for the Caf Confederation Cup match.

Twahir has chosen to rest some players, who will take part in league matches in the coming weeks, while also resting other squad regulars who are carrying injuries.

Coach Twahir speaking on the club official website said: “The match is an opportunity for the team to continue to grow and a chance for our new players to lay down a marker and demonstrate their international capabilities.

Wilson Obungu -GK Joseph Okoth –GK

Defenders: Dancan Otewa, Shariff Mohamed, Felly Mulumba, David Gateri ,Humphrey Okoti ,Edwin Wafula, 

Midfielders: Mussa Mudde ,Anthony Kimani,Benard Mang’oli ,David Kingatua, Hamisi Tole 

Forwards: Dan Serenkuma,George Abege, Meshack Karani,Edwin Lavatsa,Shaban Kenga.

Bandari will travel to Lubumbashi, DRC, on friday morning where they are set face St Lupopo on 14 February.
