The Premier League returns this weekend with Match Week 4 fixtures and truly, there could be heartbreaks, drama and surprises by the end of the weekend as the unbeaten run for some clubs on the league standings comes under threat.

There is a game on Thursday, Dec, 3, another on Friday, Dec 4, four games on Saturday, Dec 5, and one on Sunday, Dec 6, 2020.

At the Nduom Sports Complex in Elmina, Sharks will entertain Aduana Stars. The Sea Animals are 9th with 3 points from three games while the Fire Boys have 2 points and 13th on the log sheet after two games.

Hurting themselves from the 1-0 defeat by Inter Allies last weekend, are yet to win a game in the league this season. A win would calm nerves and hand a new breather but Karela United FC are capable of spoiling the party.

The Phobians will be happing to climb up the table from the drop zone as they come up against the Passioners at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday.

Kosta Papic’s men are rotted bottom with just 1 point from 2 games while Augustine Adotey’s men sit comfortably at the top of the table with 5 points after 3 games.

On Saturday, Dreams FC will be desperate to get back to winning ways following their slim 1-0 loss by Karela United FC when they tackle Legon Cities at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu.

The Believers have 4 points and on 6th while The Royals have just 2 points and occupy the 16th position after 3 games.

Eleven Wonders will be looking to continue their impressive run of form in the league as they welcome West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) to the Ohene Ameyaw Park in Techiman.

Wonders are currently 2nd with 5 points whereas the Academy Boys have 4 points and 5th on the pile from 3 games.

Elsewhere, Liberty Professionals will make a long trip from Accra to Berekum to play as guest to Chelsea at the Golden City Park.

The Bibires are 14th with 2 points whereas the Scientific Soccer lads have 3 points and locked on 10th on the standings.

Last game on Saturday will see King Faisal and Inter Allies go head-to-head with each other at the Nyinahin Sports Complex in the Ashanti Region. The Insha Allah are second bottom with just 1 point while Eleven Is To One lads sit 7th with 4 points after 3 games.

Having sat out last weekend due Kotoko’s involvement in Africa, Great Olympics return to action with a home tie against Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.

The Dade lads are 4th with 4 points from 2 games while the Crabs are 8th with also 4 points after 3 games.

Medeama SC vs Asante Kotoko at the Akoon Community Park and Bechem United vs Ashanti Gold at the Nana Gyeambour Park have been postponed due to their engagement in the CAF Inter-club competitions.

The Porcupine Warriors host FC Nouadhibou at the Accra Sports Stadium in the CAF Champions League Prelims second leg while the Miners are in Burkina Faso to play FC Salitas in the CAF Confederation Cup Prelims second leg.
