Fifteen goals were scored in eight matches played  during match day five of Azam Uganda Premier League.

SC Villa , Soana and KCCA were the biggest winners as Vipers and Proline faltered once again.

SC Villa recorded 3-0 win aganist Proline on Tuesday afternoon at  Mandela Stadium,Nambolee with their goals coming in the first half courtesy of Alex Kitata, Tabu Vitali, Denis Kamanzi.The win pushed the Jogoos back to second position with 11 points, with their opponents dropping to 13 th position on 4 points.

Soana FC got it right against Police hammering them 3 -0. The hosts scored their goals through Frank Kalada brace in 36th and 78th minutes with Emmanuel Kalowya scoring in 69th minute sending the Police to 11th position with 5 points just two points ahead of bottom placed Sadolin Paints.

Sadolin Paints found it hard aganist Bright Stars as they failed to get away from them at Champions Stadium in Matugga.The match ended  in a 1-0 win with  Bright Stars climbing to fifth position with 8 points while Sadolin dropped to bottom of the table with 2 points after registering their another loss.

JMC Hippos climbed from the bottom to the 15th position after coming from a goal down to snatch a draw at home to forth placed Vipers SC in an entertaining match played at Kakindu Stadium.

KCCA continued with their fine form in a hard fought win aganist Saints FC with on form Mucureezi capitalizing on a defensive lapse to score the lone goal in the 30th minute. The win made Kasasiro boys comfortably hold their lead on standings with 12 points, with Saints FC being contented with 10 points in the 10th position.

Lweza FC recorded their second draw after laboring through wasteful URA away in Lugazi. Lweza are now placed in the ninth position with 9 points as URA drop to seventh position with 8 points after the two all draw.

At Wankulukuku Stadium, hosts Express FC suffered a defeat  in the hands of visiting BUL FC and are now in the 6th position with 8 points, with the vegetable oil makers lying in the 10 th position on 5 points

Onduparaka FC failed to replicate their form by failing to register a win against Kirinya -Jinja FC making them stagnant in 8th position with five points.
