Armèe  Patriotique Rwandanese  (APR) FC host Zanaco in the CAF Champions League preliminary round, second leg with a first round spot still up for grabs for both clubs following a goalless draw in the first leg a week ago at Lusaka’s Nkoloma stadium.

Zambian Super League champions carries an advantage according to head coach Numba Mumamba, Who attributed the advantage to APR’s failure to score an away goal in the first leg of theirCAF Champions league tie.

A confident Numba said the team had prepared well and all what is left is application on the pitch.

“Our chances are higher than those of our opponents, we have an upper hand in the second leg because we did not concede a goal at home.
All we need is to get goals here, that will put us in a better position.
We have planned and prepared well for this match, all we need is to apply ourselves well in a game situation.
Home ground advantage is no longer a factor in modern football.

Numba told Zanaco fc Media.

The game will take place at 15:30 central African  time at Amahoro national stadium in Kigali. If Zanaco progresses they will set up an encounter with George Lwandamina’s Yanga who  carry a comfortable 5-1 away win  into the second leg.
